Registration for 2024 - 2025 Classes
Hello Parents/Guardians of 6th and 7th graders,
I’m excited to meet with your students during the week of April 22 to register them for next year’s classes. I will meet with Mrs. Whatford’s PE students on April 22, Ms. Wunderlich’s PE students on April 23, and Mr. Alexander and Mr. Westlake’s PE students on April 26. I will meet with any absent students the following week. Please review the attached course selection sheets for next year’s 7th and 8th graders. Students will complete the form with me during registration. If you discuss with your student the classes you’d prefer they choose, it helps make the registration process easier. Congrats to the following students for winning our weekly “Timberwolves P.R.I.D.E.” raffle drawing.
P.R.I.D.E. stands for Positive, Respectful, Integrity, Determined and Engaged. These students (and many others) demonstrated one or more of these traits at STMS! They each received a small gift card for winning the raffle. Keep up the great work Timberwolves!

Important information regarding participation in athletics at STMS Registration for 23-24 is open for all sports..
If your student would like to participate in athletics at STMS, please make sure to complete their registration on RegisterMyAthlete.com. If your student-athlete has already participated in sport at STMS please use the same account to register for a sport in 23-24. If not, please create an account and follow steps to register.
Remember you must have a physical to participate in athletics in LTUSD. Physicals are good for the three years at STMS.
South Tahoe Schools are listed under the state of NEVADA.

Workouts starting at STHS
South Tahoe High School would like to extend an invitation to the 8th graders at South Tahoe Middle School.
Starting on Tuesday, March 5th, we are excited to offer after-school workouts for 8th-grade students at South Tahoe High School for the 9th year in a row. The workouts will take place every Tuesday and Thursday after school hours and open to all. Students should ride bus G to the high school.
The workouts will commence at 3:40 PM and conclude promptly at 4:25 PM. Parents are welcome to pick up their athletes at the designated circle at the specified time.
We believe that these workouts will not only promote physical fitness but also foster a sense of community and teamwork among the students. It is a great opportunity for them to engage in healthy activities and build lasting friendships, and get to know the STHS campus a little more before entering next year as freshman.

We are excited to welcome you to South Tahoe Babe Ruth Baseball 2024! Our 13-15 year old division will begin approximately May 1st-May 5th and conclude at the end of June.
Player Evaluations are tentatively scheduled for April 21st and April 28th from 1 to 5 pm at the high school gym or at the field, weather & field conditions permitting.
We are also opening up registration for 16-18 year olds. We will gauge interest then move forward with a 16-18 year old division based on need ($100 registration fee).
Registration fee for the 2024 season 13-15 year old division is $160. *There is a 20% discount for siblings. Financial Scholarships available for those in need, contact [email protected] BEFORE registering.
