The Superintendent oversees daily
operations and long-term planning for the entire District and works closely
with school principals, district staff, and school board members.
The Superintendent collaborates
with the board of education and keeps the Board informed about district events,
make recommendations on daily operations, and prepare agendas for board
meetings. While the Superintendent doesn’t vote on issues, he ensure that board
decisions are implemented.
Managing the district’s budgets
is another critical duty and the Superintendent ensures fiscal responsibility
and allocates resources effectively.
The Superintendent coordinates
efforts across all schools within the district, working toward meeting goals
established by the Board.
